CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
If these times are not convenient to you, let us know and we will try to accommodate.
PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS: We do not accept Credit Cards. Personal checks and/or money
orders should be mailed to: ANITA BINNS, 174 BIVENS RD E., QUITMAN, AR 72131. We will hold your request for five days pending receipt of a deposit of one night's rental including tax.
If no deposit is received, the request will be canceled . A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the
deposit. The balance is due 10 days prior to check-in. Our cancellation policy requires 10 days notice for
a full refund. The deposit will be held for cancellations with less than 10 days notice.
PETS: Pets are not permitted in the cabin. Guests arriving with a pet will be asked to vacate with no
refund.
SMOKING: No smoking in the cabin.
OCCUPANCY: Pawpaw's Cabin can comfortably sleep a maximum of six people. We will make an exception for babies.
Guests will be required to leave and forfeit the rental fee for :
1. Occupancy limits violation
2. Illegal drinking or drugs
3. Excessive noise
AMENITIES: Linens
and
towels are provided. There are no housekeeping services during your stay, but a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board
are available. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen. Paper products (toilet tissue,
paper towels, napkins) are provided. Laundry and d/w detergent and personal soap are also provided.
Pawpaw's Cabin has a wood-burning fireplace with wood provided. The fireplace
is not designed for a large roaring fire. Limit the size of the fire!
There is a big-screen TV with cable Basic Expanded service. A DVD/VCR is provided with
a supply of movies.
DAMAGES: Any costs to repair or replace damages to the property by guests will be
the responsibility of the guests.
LIABILITY: Pawpaw's Cabin, LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries by any
person or loss of personal property by any person while occupying the cabin.
AGREEMENT: By sending a deposit for rental , guests are agreeing that they acknowledge
and accept all above policies .
Pawpaw's Cabin, LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone who has violated our policies
and showed disrespect for our property.
