Check-in is 3:00 p.m.  Check-out is 11:00 a.m.  Your requested dates will be held for 5 days pending receipt of your $120.59 deposit (one night's rental + tax).  A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of deposit.  If the deposit is not received within those 5 days, the dates will be forfeited.  The remainder of the rental fee is due 10 days prior to check-in.  Please make check payable to ANITA BINNS and send to:
